Main Duties:
" Acting as a partner to senior management through initiating, developing and implementing HR Strategies and Policies for EMEA, US and APAC regions with headcount +200 by reporting to the CEO.

" Ensuring that the day-to-day human resources activities and/or office administration are in place and in compliance with corporate and local laws.
" Managing the payroll and taxation for EMEA, APAC and Europe in conjunction with the local Labor laws.
" Responsible for supervising the Staffing Manager regarding assignments of Consultants to Projects.
