* Responsible for keeping the Network Operations Center (NOC) available 24x7
* Leading the team of NOC and Corporate Help Desk (CHD) departments

* Monitors network with the help of the tools: Cacti, MRTG, PRTG, Zenoss, IPCheck Server Monitor, GFI Network Server Monitor, Ethereal, Scrutinizer NetFlow, OpenNMS and SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer
* Responsible for managing the websites hosted on the web server. Also responsible for taking regular backups with the help of scheduled Linux scripts
* Creating / Maintaining MRTG for different routers (to view Bandwidth/CPU utilization)
* Responsible for allocating subnets to different corporate clients and sites
* Also handle APNIC (Regional Internet Registry) queries related to acquiring IPv4 subnets, creating route objects and etc
