Work Profile:
* Responsible for driving results by providing direction, support and guidance to the sales team in the areas of sales,
revenue generation and cost control.
* Work in close coordination with trade marketing for planograms and implementation of consumer promotions and
thematic promotional displays.
* Regular market visit within the trade for better understanding of the customer requirements and market trends.
* Ensures the distribution and merchandising of all NFPC products as per MSL to all outlets.
* Ensures share of shelves are executed as per the categories guidelines and trade agreement so that the company’s
products are visible and placed in an adequate quantity according to their market share.
* Handle business planning, implementation, supervision and considering corrective actions to remain competitive.
* Scan the market and get brief with competitors, their product pricing and customer service dealing.
* Analyze sales, wastage and other reports to identify gaps and optimize returns.
Managing key accounts such as Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Aswaaq, Union Coop, Sharjah Coop, and Emirates
Coop.
* Handling major brands like Kellogg’s, Cadbury, Nando’s, Green’s, Smucker’s, French’s, Jif, Crespo, Vita Coco,
Alo, Al Khaleejia, Safa.
* Increase sales revenue for the undertaken brands and deliver growth oriented customer centric marketing strategies
including developing new growth opportunities.
* Direct the actual distribution or movement of products by monitoring sales activities in the assigned territory.
* Implement the strategic plans which deliver growth by identifying key clients, key targets, priority service lines
and activities which will drive focus on revenue generation.
* Collects market information including competitors’ activities, new launches, promotions and immediately passing
it to the line manager.
* Ensure a smooth sales operation, carry out regular market visits, conduct frequent price surveys and monitor
competition.
