Evaluating resources, Scheduling discussion with the Tech Panel.
Need to work very closely with overseas cell for any Visa or work permit related issues.
Minimizing Attrition.
Campus recruited freshers are allocated to project after successful completion of their trainings.
Taking care of intra company transfers.
Awareness about all the projects running within the organisation.
Good understanding of different kinds of projects like FPP(Fixed Price Project), T&M(Time And Material Project), etc.
Monitoring SOW(Statement Of work).
Monitoring process adherence .
Evaluating Bench Status of resources like billed, non-billed, partially billed, free, etc.
Taking care of all approvals required for any action plan .
