 Currently working as Senior RF optimization Engineer for Managed Services Zain-Iraq Project 2G-3G, Responsible for Handling daily KPI maintenance and opmtization services.
 Meet the Field KPI and OSS KPI to submit the new site report.
 Daily network performance analysis for launch of WCDMA Carriers for individual cluster and SSV performance.
 Daily KPI analysis with Ericsson tool BO and ITK.
 Network Maintenance with different Ericsson OSS tools like TMC database, WNCS, WMRR, NCS, MRR, OPS..
 Monitoring of Load sharing between different carriers.
 Tuning the UTRAN and GRAN parameters as per agreed strategies.
 Neighbor Strategy and Relation performance.
 Performed in-depth analysis in how to detect and solve specific network problems such as pilot pollution, missing neighbors, overshooting cells, IRAT locations, etc.
