Currently working as Senior RF optimization Engineer for Managed Services Zain-Iraq Project 2G-3G, Responsible for Handling daily KPI maintenance and opmtization services.

Daily network performance analysis for launch of WCDMA Carriers for individual cluster and SSV performance.
Daily KPI analysis with Ericsson tool BO and ITK.
Network Maintenance with different Ericsson OSS tools like TMC database, WNCS, WMRR, NCS, MRR, OPS..
Monitoring of Load sharing between different carriers.
Tuning the UTRAN and GRAN parameters as per agreed strategies.

Performing benchmark analysis for both voice and data (HSPA).

Resolving the Field related RF problem like sector swap, RF feeder losses (VSWR), analyzing the coverage issues, testing the new sites by performing the detail calls and data scripts from the cell site.
