Serve as focal person for technical support in handling, maintaining, and managing the database for the assistance on a regular basis through extracting technical reports and up-dating the database to facilitate the recording, monitoring and controlling of assistance.
Provide technical support in data management and operation for UNHCR assistance to the refugees through:
- Setup and update the database for the centers in all over Syria.
- Maintain the data consistency and security by upgrading to the latest hardware and software for database servers.
- Maintain proper backup and disaster recovery system for the assistance database
- Fixing and handling all the IT issues (hardware, software and networking) in the field in collaboration with IT unit.
- Coordinate with the different UNHCR units and Operational Partners on data management and sharing.
