Deputy for IT infrastructure Manager & responsible for Network & Security Team
Responsible for:
• Manage IT Team by recruiting, trainingand coaching employees, appraising
performance
• Coordinates activities by schedulingwork assignments, setting priorities, and
directing the work of employees

• Supervise Designing, implementing networkinfrastructure for Eva Pharma
Group & Horas Factory
• Directs and manages the day-to-day operations and functions at the Technical
Help Desk and Technology Service
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and
provides answers in a timelymanner
Establishingcisco & juniper networking environment by designing system
configuration, defining, documenting, and enforcingsystem standards
• 2nd
line support Analyzing, troubleshooting Network problems wired and wireless
(Juniper Aruba /Ruckus/Cisco)
• Reports of Monitoring BW & block unauthorizeddevices on vlans
• Maintaining and perform schedule Backup
• Responsible for implementing Active &Passive Projects
• Deal with service Providers and Escalation Matrixto guarantee stabilityand qualityof
MPLS & internet service
• Finance study and negotiationwith suppliers and vendors for any Infrastructure
