• Independently Managing Retail Operations for 20 Locations (Incl. Showroom and Kiosk Profile) with a Team of 56 Staff Force from Multi-Nationalities.
• Conducting SIC Meeting every Fortnightly, addressing Core area of Focus Considering new Business / Operation Initiatives, and to ensure SIC has trained their Respective Store Team on the key areas.

• Retail Operations Executive with a career spanning 12+ years in India and Gulf with organizations such as Al Saleh Enterprises LLC & Axiom Telecom LLC (8.5 years international experience)
• Presently associated with Axiom Telecom LLC at Dubai, UAE as Retail Area Supervisor.
• Experience entails managing and monitoring retail business operations, tracking staff-wise performance, quality and internal audit management, coordinating with different departments, following up with superiors, monitoring sales performances, addressing customers’ queries and complaints, putting a control on expenses and ensuring maximization of profit.
• Track record of driving team through consistent training to challenge assessment done by expert auditors, contributing successfully to qualify DQA 2012, implementation of new SOPs, effective implementation of new VAS to improve the customer savings and eventually increasing the sales.
