I am managing 7 manufacturing Business units based across the globe in UAE, Italy, Algeria, Iraq and India and one co-manufacturing plant in Brazil. Also responsible to provide quality and technical support for a green field manufacturing project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for overall working and performance of the quality department.
Responsible for quality system certifications and implementations, Municipality audits and contractual audits, compliance to regulatory requirements.
Involved in new product development and their evaluations.
Performing product cuttings for McDonald’s and YUM products along with their team, Carrying out ATCQ and BTCQ for their products.
Implementing HALAL requirements and certifications.
Carrying out trainings, supplier audits external inspections for improving and sustaining quality.
Handling new projects, ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements.
Providing support for other units of IFFCO (IFFCO Algeria) producing the same products.
Ensuring compliance to contractual requirements of customers namely McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, General Mills, Mondelez, Kraft Heinz etc.

Dissertation Program during Post Graduation:
Title : Degradation of Trihalomethane and Azo Dyes by Ligninolytic fungus Curvularia pallescens
Organization : Institute of Microbial Technology (IMTECH), Chandigarh.
Duration : 6 Months
Synopsis : The project was aimed at identifying the potentiality of C.pallescens in degrading Trihalomathane and Azo dyes and was done under the guidance of Dr. Sonawane (Scientist, BERPDC, IMTECH, Chandigarh)
