 Identifying potential customers and generating new leads for GFI

their inquiries and carrying out constant follow ups.

 Preparing Quotes and closing GFI renewal sales.
 Responsible for generating lead report submitted to the channel manager
weekly.
 Working with the marketing department to organize GFI Partner
Conferences and Roadshows for channel partners all over the Middle
East, Levant Region and Pakistan.
 Coordinating with the GFI head office and reporting of new businesses
and renewals.
 Conducting customer satisfaction surveys for the whole region.
 Maintaining a close relationship with both customers and resellers.

Intern in planning and co-ordination department at PPL.
The key responsibilities were
 to make a monthly progress report that contained details of all the projects from all departments
 to keep track of all on going projects and making sure they are meeting the deadlines
 coordinating between all the departments and helping in the flow of information
 assisting the head of department in the meetings and providing the required data, facts and figures
