• Responsible for administering, negotiating and processing of purchase requisition and purchase orders for consumables and other utilities for the clinics in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
•Coordinate movement of all purchased materials from suppliers to the clients and address any Supply/supplier issues.
•Assess production requirements on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly cycle based on the sales forecast and address purchasing requirements for each plant for all raw materials.
•Support the Purchasing Manager on operational projects as needed.
•Support the Sales Manager for local and general purchase for the shortages items.
•Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining momentum for specific projects.
•As sales representative for the orthopedics products.
•Excellent ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
•Complete knowledge of supplies, equipments and services ordering and maintaining inventory and reduce operational costs
