I worked there as Executive officer in Human Resource Department where I was looking after the Training & Development Department, when I have join this department only one person is looking after the all jobs and after my joining all of the major responsibilities are transferred to me. Induction sessions for the new hiring are in which awareness is provided about the organization policies, labor laws and benefits.
Conduction of Introduction about textile for quality controllers.
Work as Co Trainer in Fire-fighting and first aid session.
In spite of all of this I am handling the Data Base of the training department.

I design Certificates which are awarded on performance to the workers.
I also prepare the Training Calendar for the whole year.
