Dealing all sorts of daily routine matters pertaining to Claims & legal Department like registering, analyzing and settling Claims, both Direct & Inward (Engineering, Marine, Fire & General Accident Classes).
• Providing advice on making a claim and the processes involved.
• Processing new insurance claims notifications.

• Claims auditing subject to the insurance low coverage.
• Issue the LPOS to the concerned agencies,
• The follow up of invoice settlement.
• Responsible for all general accounting function including accounts receivable and payable
• Examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements including other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting as well as procedural standards.
• Handling and assisting the books of accounts independently up to finalization. Prepare cash flow statements, reconciliation statements & prepare final accounts such as profit & loss account and balance sheet.
• Preparing MIS reports such as clients-statistical history, loss ratio, contribution etc.
• Also assisting and preparing year-end report for audit purpose viz outstanding motor claims.
• Statement of motor claim recovery outstanding, statement of brokers account.
• The follow up of the settlement clearance with other insurance companies.
• Personally responsible about the interaction and negotiation with customers in all cases
• Prepare and audit the end year outstanding to control the loss ratio.
• Selling salvage of the total loss vehicles.
• Transfer the damaged vehicles to the concerned workshops to get them repaired and responsible of the quality control of the repaired vehicles.
