Director’s responsibility is to manage member’s record and ensure smooth transfer of property. In 2008, the number of members was thirty five thousand, which increased to one hundred and fifteen thousand in 2010. Management of member’s record is maintained through different kinds of software’s i.e. Plot Management System and Customer Relationship Management. Moreover, record is also managed in the form of hard copies by over eighty employees.
Appointed General Manager by Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad for a restaurant which was a sick project and going in loss since last eighteen months. The project was managed / organized so competently that it started giving handsome profit. Moreover, it is also worth mentioning that GM used to manage staff comprising of sixty employees along with running finances of the restaurant.
Progressively greater Command and Staff experience in Human Resources Management, Administration, Training and Security. Commanded two regiments having more than 400 employees and remained Staff Officer for seven times mostly on Logistic/Administrative appointments. During army service interacted with civil departments for Census 1998, Survey of School and Internal Security Duties.
Obtained a overall A grade and got distinction.
