Roles and Responsibility:
Planning and implementing Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, VMWare
Design and Manage for Primary and Disaster Recovery Datacenter.
Work with Change & Problem Management Tools
Directs, plans, and supervises the execution of all activities undertaken by the IT Department team to achieve the team's goals and objectives
Manage the Group's distributed Infrastructure services.
Manage and participates in the identification, evaluation and selection of IT equipment/servers/system software that meets current and future business needs and offers maximum investment protection in line with the Company strategy.
Manage and participates in the design/upgrade/testing of network and server infrastructure to ensure optimum resource utilization, performance and resilience.
Plans and participates in the testing/installation/upgrade of operating systems, application packages, system/network management tools. Ensures the procedures required to carry out the installation/upgrade are developed and kept up to date. Updates application development staff and other IT staff as necessary with information about the new releases.
Technical support, guidance and expertise to all other IT Departments in other locations, including Application Systems during the solution design process in analyzing the impact of new recommended packages, applications, etc. on system and network performance.
Problem determination and resolution within Expected time frame.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes
Demonstrated excellence in leading enterprise-wide virtualization effort with accountability of overseeing vendor hardware qualification, architecture / design, installation, configuration, migration & documentation.
Sustain the availability of the IT infrastructure in order to meet the agreed Service Levels defined in SLAs.
Demonstrated excellence in Building & Implementation of ITIL; adept in aligning IT processes with ITIL by establishing Change, Incident and Problem Management meetings and decreasing turnaround time.

Designed and upgrading of the company IT Infrastructure from Physical to Virtual on VMware.
NetApp, single point storage for all company’s information store including Virtual Machines, and critical applications such as SAP, SQL Exchange which was configured on SAS drive for high availability and better performance, snapshot backup feature almost zero chances to loss the data and restore quickly.
Brocade fiber switches for ESXi and Storage connectivity up to 8gbps.
Cisco as a backbone of the network with POE Switches, Router and ASA firewall to connect remote offices.
Cisco any connect and RSA VPN solution for remote and offsite company employees.
Cisco Unified communication systems to fill the communication gap and reduce the ISP price almost 40% monthly, Connected overseas offices including India, Philippines, GCC, which made one point IT location and server the complete ITC flow.

Design and Manage IT Infrastructure.

Design and implement Veeam solution for Backup and Replication Complete design of the backup strategy and implementation of the same.
Up gradation of Exchange service from 2003 to 2010.
Online E-mail archival using the Barracuda technology.
Design and implement IBM V7000 (replacing Hp EVA 4400). Designed the solution to replace the existing storage with latest technology and complete data migration.
