Negotiating the packages with the candidates for hiring
Developing and creating new process to enhance the procedures of the account
Responsible for 160 employees working for the account and handling their day to day issues.
Responsible for employees working in project in Kuwait.
Following up with performance of the recourses.
Planning for developing the level of the employees by giving periodical courses.
Responsible for all the financial records of the employees working for the account (salaries, overtime, travel allowances and deductions).
Submitting a monthly updated report to the client (Ericsson) with the engineers’ data (names, salaries, packages and the P.O value that is due every month).
Managing the health and safety department according to the client’s standard.
Handling quotations from sending the “Request for Tender” till the company receives the required items.
Communicating with the vendors abroad to negotiate the terms and the shipments
Dealing with Vendors and suppliers outside Egypt
Sending the technical specification to the technical committee and following up to choose the vendor that submitted the desired specifications
Preparing the biding sheet and setting the financial committee to choose the lowest price with the best specifications
Issuing the P.O
Making sure that the shipment is delivered to the required destination in Egypt at the right time.
Enhancing the admission process by adding and changing new procedures to develop the department
Interviewing new parents.
Interviewing new high school students
Dealing with walk in parents and handling school tours.
Preparing, planning and managing admission exams
Responsible for preparing the school open day (event with 300 attendees).
Preparing school presentations.
Creating the new students information data base.
Assisting in preparing class lists, Bus/Car list and Contact list of 1, 400 student
Preparing yearly survey about other competitor schools for better benchmarks & enhancements.
Preparing the proposals with the next year’s school fees.
Following up with fees payments.
