• Assist functional managers in manpower planning and prepare manpower budgets.
• Establish unit specific selection processes for timely and cost-effective recruitment of right personnel as per recruitment plan and in accordance to recruitment / manpower budgets.
• Responsible for publishing internal job advertisements.
• Manage all recruitment administration including offer letters, reference checks and other required administration duties
• Responsible for overseas recruitment and bulk recruitment.
• Coordinate and leading the interview process with line managers and HRBP’s.
• Responsible for generating manpower weekly reports.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
• Supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisites by performing the following duties: sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, and offer
Working within the Projects Division - Outsourcing of short-term Volume Recruitment i.e. rapid growth, special projects, overseas campaigns, UAE National Recruitment.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for screening applications and identifying potential candidates.
•Responsible for publishing internal job advertisements.
•Generate employment contracts.
•Responsible for overseas recruitment.
•Coordinate and lead in the interview process with line managers.
•Responsible for generating manpower weekly reports.
•Shortlisted suitable candidate from the database/Headhunting/Executive Search.

Prepare the documentation checklist to determine the documents, insurance, and assignments required to obtain prior to implementation of any approved /renewed facilities, to ensure correctness of requirements.
•Prepare all documents required to be executed by customer, verify to ensure authenticity, legal enforceability and adequate protection for the bank.
•Communicate detailed terms and conditions to customers through comprehensive facility advice letters, to document offer and acceptance
•Carry out ongoing maintenance of credit facilities sanctioned to corporate borrowers in core banking systems making sure that all conditions of CP have been complied with and
ensure compliance with the limits, pricing, the terms and conditions which must be current at all times
•Assist the Credit Control Manager to monitor utilization of limits to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of approval.
