Responsible for the all recruitment process.
• Partner with operation departments’ heads to identify hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting plans.
• Submit monthly reports about activities to measure productivity and effectiveness.
• Make analysis for the Turn Over reasons and Attrition rate per month/year.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports & Analysis to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.
• Effectively manage the candidate process including Job ads posting, CVs screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiation and follow up on offer and acceptance.
• Review, update and suggest enhancements to recruitment policies/ practices and methodologies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
• Review productivity and MP budget and management approvals…etc before accepting MPR.
• Responsible for Employee referrals program, follow-up and payment.
• Responsible for all transactions and deals with recruitment agencies, review the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the HR Manager for approval.
• Handling job fairs, external job advertisement. etc.
• Provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings, as well as Manpower budget.
• Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to HR Manager on weekly basis

2. Handle all the training procedures starting from TNA process to the evaluation of the training and employees.
3. Hold meetings with Company’s managers and directors to coordinate and set plans for different departments’ needs of human recourses.
4. Design all the HR forms (IQ tests, Application forms, requisition forms, recruitment agreements and proposals...etc).
5. Design job analysis and job descriptions.
6. Design job ads and Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
7. Design Org Charts and apply edit to them according to organisation's needs.
8. Search for salary surveys and compare them with current organisation scale.
9. Supervise a team of service operatives and design a cleansing program for the administration building.

5. Handling all medical insurance process.
6. Make and handling the attrition report to analyze the turn over data.
7. Handling all resignation process.
8. Screening for Candidates’ CV for the needed vacant Handling first interview for new candidates.
9. Reporting Hr manager with various reports.
10. Keeping all attendance records and reports it directly to the Administration manager.
11. Developing various polices such as; attendance, vacations and hiring…etc.
12. Controlling the attendance of the staff and analyzing its data.
13. Design employees’ handbook.
