• Review shop drawings, technical submittals & method statements, pre-qualifications.
• Review the Contractor's valuations.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and As-built drawings.
• Inspect mechanical activities to ensure compliance with approved method statements and contract requirements.
• Managing the work and liaise with other authorities to resolve conflicts in the field during construction.
• Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instruction, quality/safety notices and ensure proper rectification.

• Supervision & Inspection for installation of Butterfly Valves, Control Butterfly Valves, Strainer, Flowmeter, Ball Valves, Instruments. NDT Tests, pressure testing, flushing, chemical cleaning and passivation of external chilled water network & ETS.
• Supervision & Inspection of welding carbon steel pipes by SMAW & GTAW (Fit ups, Root Pass, Hot Pass, Filling & Capping).
• Site mobilisation
• Monitoring and supervising of Pipe lines, pipe racks, erection and welding of all kinds of steel works
• Conduct all NDT and Hydro testing.
• Coordination with clients, main contractors, sub contractors, consultant and other contractors
• Internal coordination and follow up with various departments
• Resource loading & generating the appropriate manpower/ equipment requirement for each discipline relative to the overall projects needs.

• Handling heavy plant equipment like Excavator, Mobile crane, Tower crane, Shovel, Man & Material Hoist and Man lift.
• Ensuring weekly/monthly maintenance reports, and ensuring the maintenance activities.
• Preparation of monthly invoices, variation reports, weekly progress reports, weekly/ monthly look ahead programmes.
• Preparation of erection sequence tools, plants & equipment planning.
• Meet the targets and hand over the project on or before the completion date.
• Conducts join inspection with the clients.

• Associated with the Construction Management & Third party inspection of heat tracing system, Insulation and aluminum cladding, Pigging system, Piping, Thermic fluid system, related trussels and civil foundations.
• Quality control, Billing, Management of construction staff at site, Supervision of Erection and alignment of air fin cooled heat exchanger and its structural in Kochi refineries Ltd.
• Vessel and Reactor internal Erection work, Heat exchanger, steam line and Fire water line Erection & Welding and DHDS plant commissioning work supervision.
Diploma in mechanical engineering with First class.
