• Conduct independent pre-approval risk reviews of credit extension requests and post approval review of
credit extension and submit monthly report to Credit Committee for review.
• Validation of obligor and transaction ratings to establish reasonableness of these ratings to the bank's
acceptable level and comments thereon.
• Identification of major risks involved in credit including collateral risk, industry risk, transaction risk etc.
• Validation of RAROA and calculation of impact of extending credit on bank's CAR.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, prudential regulations, shariah standards and internal credit
policies and instructions received from the regulator and the group.
To conduct periodic internal audit of different business units of corporation and check compliance of company policies and other applicable rules. Furthermore to lead audit team during audits.
Conducting statutory and other audit assignments at different clients.
Involved in statutory audits and internal audits of different entities.
