Accomplished achievement through Reduction in ATMs’ Down Time:
Reducing the down time of ATMs up-to a significant level which was a challenge before with successful efforts to achieve the industry benchmark for maintaining the Stationery, Cash Replenishment, necessary Hard Ware, maximum uptime and minimum down time of ATMs for both, the clients as well as for the Server.
Efficiently Resolved Operational Issues of ATMs:
Efficiently resolved the issues which caused the hindrance in the smooth operations of ATMs, either related to the Operations Group or IT Division or LS&E Division or any other concerned party. Issues like. IT Infrastructure issues, Engineering & Logistics related issues, Receipt printer, audit printer, card reader, cash replenishment etc.
Successful Monitored, Reported & Co-ordinated:
Monitored the Operations of ATMs with great efficiency through live Monitoring software Terminal provided by IT Division.
Accurately managed and developed the MIS reports which were being shared with all stake holders i.e. IT Division, Regions and Branches etc.
Successfully coordinated with IT Division, Regions, Branches and vendors for troubleshooting of faulty ATMs at real time.
Apart from the above, I was responsible for formulating Monthly ATM Fraudulent
Report and Quarterly ATM Fraudulent report for State Bank of Pakistan which
required the following task:
• Data gathering from regional offices
• Compiling and consolidating data
• Preparing final report
