• Plan, prioritize, assign and manage the work of direct-hire staff & sub-contractor responsible for the site’s Landscaping & Irrigation operation and maintenance Pest Control and litter picking services.
• Works closely with client representative, investigates complaints and recommends a corrective action.
• Attends meetings with clients to develop or refine plans for the project.
• Monitors and manages department’ staff attendance, work orders, planned maintenance process and related documents
• Maintains department’s consumables stock, tools and equipment inventories.

• Inspects various facets of related parks and villas operations and maintenance works on sites and performs continuous surveillance of assigned activates.
• Coordinate with the client’s representative’s contractor and other project work disciplines to attain smooth follow of project executions and hitting target dates as per work base plan and schedule.
Providing Operations & Maintenance supervision services for all Landscape Projects and contracts led by the Riyadh Municipality & Dammam Municipality.
Conducts inspections of completed landscape construction works. ( Streets, Parks & KPG)
Inspects various facets of related city parks operations and maintenance works on sites and performs continuous surveillance of assigned activates to ensure compliance with all applicable codes.
Coordinate operation and maintenance issues, report projects status and concern with project manager and personnel on regular basis.
Coordinate with the client’s representative’s contractor and other project work disciplines to attain smooth follow of project executions and hitting target dates as per work base plan and schedule
