Reporting to the Production Director, oversee all Production, Planning and Engineering elements of the business, to achieve consistent and pre-planned production from Injection Molding, Blow Molding and Extrusion Blow Molding machines for delivery into the Food, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets
• Developed annual factory plans with respect to capacities & capital expenditure, to ensure delivery of production volumes at desired levels of cost efficiencies and product mix in consonance with the annual business plan.
• Ensured Quality Control & Assurance of In-process and Finished Goods with accountability for cost of poor quality
• Determined ways and means to drive cost efficiencies and reduced overall cost of production by using appropriate costing systems, data and analysis.
• Ensured that the factory team of managers and workmen are in a state of high motivation by monitoring their problem-solving approach, willingness to stretch and willingness to collaborate with other teams
• To manage production on 34 Injection Molding Machines and 2 Extruders.
• To optimize production with reducing cycle time & wastage and managing recycling wastes as quality objectives.
• To maintaine machines in running condition by an effective self maintenance program
