Recruitment:
• Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment processes for all levels in all kinds of recruitment (Contract Hire-Direct Hire-Overseas Hire).
• Sourcing CVs from multiple mediums like the database & websites.
• Conducts a preliminary scan of likely CV’s held or submitted to ensure that the essential requirements are met and that the salary expectations are in line with client, policy.
• Conducts interviews with applicants and administers examinations as needed, check references and suitability of applicants
• Administering and coordinating the recruitment activities that will include registrations of candidates, conducting interviews, database management, and developing advertisements, follows up on payments and maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Forwards a selection of suitable CV’s to the clients for consideration, and provides assistance where needed in matching the requirements of the job to the applicants CV’s.
• Confirm all placements by sending out the relevant documentation to the client, applicant and accounts department.
• Evaluating clients’ staffing requirements and assess how best to meet their needs and negotiating contracts terms
• Manage the entire recruitment process from taking a vacancy through to placing a candidate in the job (Following up with the candidates for the visa processing till ensuring final mobilization to the employment country then finally invoicing the client and follow-up on the invoice till confirming final settlement)
• Handled wide-ranging vacancies including temporary, permanent and specialized job roles in diversified sectors and verticals.
• Written & Verbal reference checks from past employers.
• Planning and directing the marketing and promotional activities
• Designing and editing the company promotional materials: website, brochures and profile
• Restructured the manual filing systems to be more effective
• Designed and administrated the contents of the new website and web application
• Monitors and prepares reports on Deployment and making sure that we meet the projected figures

Business Development:

• Pro-actively participating to new business prospects development and account management in a target oriented environment.
• Responsible for maintaining key accounts which include groups of companies with varied business interests throughout the MENA region.
• Responsible for expanding the retail desk and acquiring new business.
• Responsible for leading the retail team through various tasks involved in the successful closure of an assignment.
• Successfully cross-sold various jobs to colleagues according to their respective sector.
• Successfully networked with various industry leaders for smooth workflow on top level assignments.
• Liaison with existing clients to develop and maintain smooth business relationships.
• Responsible for recruitment of both blue and white collar candidates.
• Responsible for recruitment for various sectors including: Construction, Shipping, Oil and Gas, Retail, IT, FMCG, Hospitality, Education, Insurance, Bank, etc.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with both the client and the candidates.
• Making individual presentations for customers to introduce the company services
• Communicates to client-prospects and persuade them to make use of our services.

HR Administration:

• Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of placements, reports on performance, etc.
• Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
• Administer induction sessions in order to foster positive attitude towards Company policies, procedures, work culture, work hours, and other employee- related matters.
• Responsible for processing payroll and timely disbursement of salaries
