Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes.
Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
B. HR Administration
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
Processing monthly attendance muster for workers, trainees & officers.
Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
Coordinating with Superiors, Mangers and others in the same departments
Administration related information like explanation of Policy & Procedures, Organizing, Scheduling, and answering employee quarries
Performance evaluations of employees. Preparing and supplying different letters such as Offer Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter & Service Letter.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Documentation of HR files - Personal Files, Leave Applications, Passport release forms, Official Documents.
Maintain employee information in databases and ensure appropriate modifications.
