Responsibilities:
Information Technology
• Developed a Complete ERP Solution for the Company in VB.Net (2005) and SQL Server 2005.
HR/Payroll, Vehicles & Machineries, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Projects, Accounts, Search Engine, Reports, MIS Reports, System Tools
• Creating data models for the new projects.
• Create and amend reports on Crystal Reports 11: like Cross-tabs, Drill-downs, groups, totals, subtotals, graphs etc, according to the requirements of the management and end users.
• Ensure the stability, availability and speed of the IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoots, pro-actively looks for weaknesses in the IT infrastructure so that they are identified and rectified before they can affect business operations.

• Administers relevant security procedures and practices in order to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Ensure that back-ups are taken as per the cycle and Tapes are kept in a secured zone.
• Manage IT Support to ensure good service to internal users experiencing software problems and up to certain extent network and hardware problems.
• Keep track of system behavior, input data and provide report to the management.
• Provide help to users experiencing difficulties with their systems, spending time training them when necessary, so as to maximize their potential.
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with departments, thus ensuring IT meets operational and commercial needs.
• Co-ordinate with Hardware Engineers in various matters related with hardware components, security measures and other aspects of the automated system and work together to ensure the satisfaction of the organization.
• Evaluate and test the development of new systems (including consistency checks) and provide insight to the management.

Responsibilities:
• Worked as a trainer for giving training to the Students of NIIT on different Computer languages and packages.(e.g.: VB, VB.net, JAVA, MS Office...etc)
• Arranging Resources (Programmers, Software, etc.) for the Projects.
• Software Developed - Attendance Maintaining System
• Assigning Project Modules for Project Leaders for each Project.

Its a Diploma course in software engineering in NIIT. I have done as a correspondence course with my degree.It is a three year program.It Covers all the latest Programming languages and Database Services,Networking,etc. It has 3 major Projects in each year. i have passed with an aggregate of 73%.
Passed out BCA in 2008.BCA is a three year graduation course.and it includes six semesters.in each semesters they will train different software languages like C,C++,VB,VB.Net,DS,COBOL,ASP.Net, and also Database tools like SQL Server ,Access etc. And also subjects regarddig computer hardware,networking,software engineering ...etc.Last two semesters includes two projects .... i have passed BCA with an aggregate of 65 %
Plus Two Science passed with an aggregate mark of 80%.
