Responsible for implementation of Operations Plans, establishing objectives, and managing performance while fostering a team approach to consistently improve the facility operations and maintaining a strong culture of Health & Safety in the work place.

11. Manage and coach Facility management team and continues enhance their performance.
12. Work closely with the FM team to develop a superior knowledge of, and capability to understand, the needs of client and customers
13. Work with FM’s to identify capital projects and programs to maintain building assets and ensure ongoing reliability through a robust program of Property Inspections and Building Condition Reporting.
14. Oversee the completion and updating of Building Condition Reports and associated annual reviews as well as participation in development of tenant Emergency and Security Operations Procedures
15. Oversee and ensure reliability of assets at all times through a proactive Preventative and Corrective maintenance program.
16. Oversee the implementation of all operations activities
17. Manage all aspects of Risk Management, and Environmental Compliance up to applicable standards
18. Maintain tight oversight on labor and expenses to ensure favourable results
19. Establish targets and strategies to drive the Operations team to identify operational energy reduction initiatives and implement as early as possible to maximize savings.
20. Oversee the Invoicing process. Ensure control mechanisms are in place by close coordination with the finically department.
21. Provide reports for financial and operational purposes to the management.
22. Oversee the Procurement process including but not limited to creation if items codes, raise PR, ensure PO are raised till the delivery.
23. Oversee the Supply Chain process
Responsible for all maintenance activities and processes primarily and managing all in house developing projects by using an engineering principles and techniques, Also responsible for the management of the maintenance department within SMEET group 16 batch plants over 7 factories location to ensuring the effective utilization of staff and resources within the area of responsibility to deliver the best in class maintenance services assuring the optimal equipment availability for the various operational activities, and leading the business expansion projects which involves the installation or development of new plants or machinery while continuously and actively working towards the reduction of downtime and maintenance costs.Preparing and supervising maintenance plans overseeing maintenance expenditure and reporting on maintenance KPIs and equipment performance. Partaking in the development of Maintenance Strategies, annual business plans, and budgets as well as effectively participating and sometimes leading the Technical evaluation for all main equipment capital expenditure projects. Leading a team of 7 direct engineers/supervisor with a total of 147 maintenance personnel assigned within the areas of responsibility.
Furthermore overall planning of the internal projects including: Project outline, Contract assembly, Comprehensive planning of the work packages, Resource planning, Scheduling, Project documentation, Project organization and Interface management.

•Coordinated and assisted on the installation, testing and commissioning works, of the main production equipment along with the OEM technical team. Equipment profile includes:
oHeating and Cooling Chambers.
oConveyors Systems.
o45 bar Air Compressor.
•Co-ordinate the works for re-engineering a faulty Truss for the Admin Building along with the consultants and contractors.
•Coordinated and followed up the following site preparation works till successful completion with the contractors and local related authorities:
oSewage and drainage system.
oElectrical supply and distribution.
•Coordinated and assisted on preparing a tender document for Implementation of Fire System, with a consultant and the Qatari Civil Defense. Including site survey, design and preparation of specs and BOQ.
Responsibilities:
•Set monthly. Weekly and daily action plans with the Management.
•Task distribution and supervising the working force on-site.
•Liaising with all different vendors, (Suppliers, Consultants and Contractors), to help meet with project requirements and to integrate the service of different vendors.
•Monitoring and reviewing the project expenses and working force payroll with the accountants.
•HSE monitoring and inspection for all working force.
•Reporting project progress to the management on a regular basis.
-The diploma program, offered in cooperation with the Supply Chain Management Association of Canada (SCMA), consists of a series of courses and seminars in supply management to meet the need for proficiency in functional area processes and technical competencies. The training consists of introductory technical courses, soft skill seminars and business management seminars. - Covering a technical course in Introduction to Logistics, Introduction to Operation Management, Introduction to Procurement, and Introduction to Transportation. - Soft skills course covered Communication and Relational Skills, Negotiation Skills, Competitive Bidding, Contract Preparation and Contract Management. - Business Management course covered Introduction to Accounting and Finance, Introduction to Marketing, Introduction to Business Planning.
