AIM awareness sessions within the business unit, contractors and JV partners. Direct reporting to AIM Steering committee headed by company Vice President. Post implementation assessment and review for continuous improvement. Merit performance (Annual Performance - Exceeding Requirements) in 2010 and 2011.

Process Safety Management (PSM) - Lead task force team in integration of Asset Integrity and Process Safety (AI-PSM). Delivered and integrated AIM and PSM accordance to PETRONAS AIPSM Mandatory Control Framework. Internal Subject Matter Expert panel for Mechanical Integrity.

CMMS Customization and Implementations - managing CMMS customization project involved with infrastructure upgrading (On/offshore hardware and software) and database.

Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Tanker Refurbishment (Repair & Life Extension, RLE) Project
Project Engineer for LNG tankers RLE project. Design review, Fatigue Assessments, construction and refurbishment scopes. Project successfully delivered within client’s CAPEX and timeline.

Main tasks:
i. Classification and statutory, Repair and alteration surveys and new construction/ conversion survey
ii. Verification and consultation services
iii. Design appraisal, survey at manufacturers’ sites and commissioning.
iv. Surveying equipment manufacturers works for both verification and certification requirements
