• Preparing unit wise weekly plan based on the assortment report and the availability of the job-work units.

• Regular investigation on technical process with the Technician.
• Documenting all reports related to production.
• Regular interactions with production heads to ensure 100% schedule adherence.
Store Maintenance
• Co-ordinate with assortment team to get the data based on the grading of skins.
• Arranging the assorted materials based on its grads.
• Preparing and maintaining selection based reports.
• Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control.
• Maintaining Receipt and Issue records properly.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
In special cases, I have also coordinated with finish leather team to fulfill the orders as and when received.
