I lead Business HR for Pre&post Sales Services business, GS Automation, GS Operations business.
Additionally I lead HR function for all the Central Functions, India like HR, F&C, Legal, MCA, IT, Quality, SBD, RE, etc. which cuts across all other business lines for India region which has a headcount of around 500 people.
HR Generalist supporting all business lines for all India consolidating print, electronic, and Radio business reporting to Group HR Head.
ABP is one of the oldest media house in India worth 1400 cr organization with a headcount of around 2000 employees.
I joined GE fresh out of campus and subsequently moved into 3 different business with multiple locations namely GE Medical Systems, GE Commercial Finance, and GE Analytics.
