Oversee the purchasing of commodities, including Rice, Oil, Sugar, Corn Flour, Wheat Flour, Pinto Beans, Pasta, Baby Diaper, Detergent Powder & all type of Building Materials. Oversee daily operations of purchasing, inventory, and shipping departments.

 Preparing new orders and negotiating prices and payment term with overseas suppliers, manufacturers and confirmation of the orders
 Calculate and validate the levels of safety stock required in accordance with agreed inventory policies
 Monitor the sales movement and timely making decision of new orders
 Understand product demand and behaviour to set and maintain logical inventory levels to minimise stock levels
 Maintaining satisfactory inventory levels in the branches to ensure smooth operations across the country.
 Liaise with overseas & domestic suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
 Freight negotiations and booking shipping lines and sending schedules to supplier
 Monitor and track progress of stock in transit & stocks in port, proactively managing any issues before supply is affected
 Ensuring documents are checked and received in advance before arrival of containers
 Controlling and tracking flow of documents from supplier till release of documents from Bank
 Managing cross trades and documentations
 Take responsibility for inventory levels, utilizing reports and analysis to continuously improve the processes
 Control of overall costing & responsible for pricing of product.
 Taking decision of price change based on movement, market demand & stock availability
 Support management with regular MIS report creations & assist in achieving new system implementation deadlines
 Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to report and analyze data. Presenting written reports and analyses to director.

 Responsible for managing multiple warehouse sites including one in Jebel Ali Free Zone and large group of employees with total space of 60000sq/ft.
 Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
 Stock control, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring.
 Issue Inventory report, dead stock report, damaged stock report, goods age report, delivery reports, performance report and manpower status report to management.
 Looking after Jebel Ali customs documents, preparing Local BOE and gate pass for bringing out the stocks for delivery purpose.
 Space management and arranging space for incoming containers by scheduling and assigning employees.
 Prepare perpetual inventory count and annual inventory count
 Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area. Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
 Maintains team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Make plans to develop existing warehouse & delivery staff by internal/on-job training.

Preparation of detail XBRL report: Create a customized taxonomy document using a client's recent filing with the SEC (10-Q or 10-K) as well as the US GAAP Taxonomy (UGT). Analyzing the financial statements of US companies and converting the same to XBRL format. New builds, Roll forward and alter the reports when ever required.

Project works: Working on different projects based on client requirements and closely coordinating with the researcher/analyst for the successfully completion the project. Assisting with conversion from 2009 taxonomy to 2011 taxonomy, working on alterations requested by client

Consultant: Consult with clients in a timely manner to determine and confirm which of their reported financial statement items appear to map directly to the US-GAAP Taxonomy or which ones may require the creation of customized extension elements in order to create an XBRL instance document.

Secondary Research: Pro-actively collecting & collating business, financial, investing news, company and economic data from Press reports, financial reports, research reports, corporate action activities and IPO’s. Also undertake research utilizing a wide variety of business information sources to collate industry, economic and regulatory information relevant to company business.

Business Advisor: Providing timely information to our client and to write summary on company’s financial performance referring to data from annual & Quarterly reports which gives investors a quick outlook on corporate performance.
