• Manpower planning and Entire Recruitment Process (On job portals).
• Industrial relations and Statutory Issues.
• Capable to plan & execute HRM strategy to support overall business & strategic direction of organization.
• Overseeing the new projects and managing them.
• Assist in Pre selection and Post selection of candidates.
• Handling all personal matters including labour laws, General administration concerning Head office/Project sites& liaisoning with Government Department. Relationship establishment with agents.
Overall assist in control of the Personnel Department with support of senior managers.
To look after Administration, arranging interview for organization & selection process.
To Control Security & Gate as well as site visit for time keeping responsibilities.
To check the attendance of employee, worker everyday.To look after day to day Labour problem.
Accommodation of employees in colony and other Guest Houses at Delhi & project site areas.
To maintain Canteen, Control Vehicles, To look after staff welfare, games & other activities.
Maintain Industrial relation between the worker and Staff.
Check the Salary & Wages Payment, Maintain P.F. record; Leave register, Sick register etc.
Check various bill i.e. Medical, Staff Benefit Bill, Security Bill, Contractor Bill etc.
Master of Business Administration in HR
