• Coordinates with private jet officials in regards to Senior Management staff travel and ensuring that all order are in place.
• Handles legal documents attestations at the Notary Departments, Minisry of Foreign Affairs, etc.
• Manages office space relocation, setting up meeting rooms/new office space for new staff.
• Assists Senior staff in regards to selling of cars, accomodations, etc. when required.
