· Teaching students various concepts of IT Technical support at the associate diploma and diploma level including occupational health and safety, computer hardware and software setup, configuration and troubleshooting. Computer networking and security and how to provide client support.
· Developing diploma curriculum through lesson planning, preparing student handouts flash cards, PowerPoint presentations, lab guides, etc.
· Assessing students practical skills by designing, implementing and grading practical assignments based on practical real work life scenarios to cover the required SSS skills learning outcomes.

· Supported centers computer networks, labs setup and lab readiness for technical courses.
· Technical setup & maintenance for international testing centers (Thompson Prometric & Pearson VUE).
