Duties and responsibilities undertaken
• Organize, implement and evaluate all activities related to patient care.
• Take nursing history of newly admitted patients through interview with patient and family members to obtain nursing database and develop initial nursing care plan.
• Implement and accurately document admission and discharge procedures in accordance with the hospital policy.
• Efficiently administer medications in all the methods and endotracheal intubation of patients in critical stage.
• Collaborate with the physician during medical rounds and in performing examinations, treatment and procedures.

• Assess continuity of patient care through maintenance of accurate verbal and written communication comprehensible to every health care provider.
• Develop, implement and evaluate necessary health education as soon as patient is admitted.
• Accurately maintain all professional records and reports as per the hospital policy.
• Providing relevant information regarding clinical practice to the head nurse and the superintendent of nursing.
