1. Operate and calibrate all general instruments as well as QC Equipments including HPLC, FT-IR Spectrophotometer, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Tester, Polarimeter, Refractometer, Viscometer, pH Meter, Electronic Balance, Electronic Moisture Balance, Stability Chamber etc.
2. Analysis of Raw Materials and Finished Products quickly as well as accurately.
3. To ensure correct and accurate collection of samples of Raw & Finished Products before analysis.
4. Prepare Reagents and Standardization.
5. Storing sample batch wise for Stability Test.
6. Preparation of analytical Report & Certificates.
7. Issuing release, reject of quarantine advice for each batch of Raw and Packing Materials.
8. Preparation of papers and documents as product master file, instruction (working) Certificates, SOP & In-house specification of finished product and Raw Materials.
9. Ensuring precision and accuracy of all testing methods.
10. Establishing specification and control procedure for all starting materials, intermediate and finished product.
