As Project Director, I provide all project management activities associated with the completion of contract. I monitor performance of the construction team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements. I manage and monitor the project team in order to be on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
My responsibilities are to work with other consultants and subcontractors to manage and direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. I provide the required leadership to the team for proper execution of the work. I manage the assignment of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency, maintain schedules, and to meet budget goals, and keep alert to possible problem areas and takes preventive action to ensure that critical milestones are met. In addition, I monitor and maintain construction engineering quality control in the field, prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of work activities for higher-level management and the consultant. prepare technical reports and conduct high quality presentations when needed.

I maintain a close working relationship with project design engineering, the consultant, and subcontractors, also review material submittals, shop drawings and method statements, recommend approval, forward to the consultant for final approval and follow-up with the consultant, as applicable.
