- Follow up with companies vendor’s regarding registration and license for different centers and branches.

- Conduct staff Payroll & Personal record.

- Review all and each document incoming or out going through the company and its entities.
- Assisting directly to the HR manager according any matter in work.
- Send and receive e-mails according recruitment and summer training for lawyer's in the office.
- Organizing for seminar's and event's inside and outside the office.
- Filing and following appointments, CV's and documents concerning employees.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Writing letters, reports, contracts and delegations.
- Greet, assist and /or direct visitors.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone and fax messages.
- Handling new hired employees issue such as contract, insurance's and bank accounts.
- Receive, direct and reply telephone and fax messages.
- Receive & collect annual leave's, permission's, calculating over time and the monthly payroll.
- Responsible for employee paperwork, benefits, training, team building and staying on top of current labor laws.
