As the project manager I had achieve the execution mobile shop project by recruiting and selecting the human resources for the operational activities and assign them to their roles. Being the main supervisor for the sales activities after the launch of project.

• Oct2006-April2007: Sudanese Mobile Telephone Co. Ltd. Customer Care Officer. As Customer Care Officer I deal directly with customers to solve their problems, to define MobiTel services and products, and to get their feedback at MobiTel.
• Oct. 2003 -Oct2006: Sudanese Mobile Telephone Co. Ltd. Call center Representative.
As a Call center Representative I handle customer inquiries, service request, and complain and suggestions, as well as drawing and updating the department process and procedures.
