we have 20 agents in our company who have different areas they are performing in. Mentoring these agents and giving them targets and leads of buyers and sellers.
The company is doing about 20 to 30 sales per month.
We have our own bond origination company and here we assist our clients to go to the 4 major banks to apply for loans.
we have our own auctioneering company and we host auctions once or twice a month for properties with distressed owners or to owners who cannot manage to secure a buyer for their properties.
Running a repair and maintenance department where all our properties that require repairs have an in-house Dr Homes that repairs all their queries by consent of landlord.
Our repairs department also assists in tiling, building, water-proofing etc. to anyone who needs it done.
Oversee the finance department to ensure all rentals are paid over timeously to the landlords as the rentals come in.
ensure all payments are made for expenses such as rentals, software packages, utility bills etc.

I AM A NON PRACTISING PHYSIOTHERAPIST. I DID THE SOUTH AFRICAN REAL ESTATE COURSE IN 2006. I BECAME PRINCIPAL OF MY COMPANY IN 2007 AND STARTED IT IN THAT YEAR. I AM CURRENTLY STUDYING THE NQF5 COURSE WHICH IS FOR PRINCIPALS AND TEACHES HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS EFFECTIVELY AND STRUCTURISE IT.
