• Conduct classes in IT Security, Networking, etc. and corporate training
• Develop and updated records of training curriculum and materials
• Conduct IT skills gap analyses, and research and recommend learning systems
• Perform regular organization-wide training on system security
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
• Conduct Training classes in Information Technology Levels under NCFE-UK
• Conduct classes on IT Security for the Armed Forced of UAE
• Teach classes of Associate Degree and Bachelor in Information Technology classes
• Identify and assess learner needs, and create effective learning options to meet those needs.
• Maintain records of students’ progress, and guide students in maintaining records of training activities and portfolios on Blackboard.
• Provide supervision and mentorship, weekly checkpoints with interns giving guidance, assignments, and feedback on performance.
• Teach to Bachelor in Information Technology and Associate Degree Programme students
• Prepare course materials, course plan daily and weekly basis, assignments project and handouts.
• Maintain student web base record of attendance, exams and any other student records.
• Maintain a teaching record electronically, hardcopy and compile a course report at the end of each semester.
• Contribute to the planning, evaluation and revision of curriculum, course content and methods of instruction.
• Plan, participate and evaluation of student projects within class, courses and programmer.
• Participate in student registration and placement activities.
• Provide information technology training to the employees of top govt. and private organization
• Liaise and coordinate with the subject teacher of institute in different cities.
• Provide training to locals, Govt. companies and private students.
• Curriculum Development - developing and introducing course material.
• Preparing and maintain Pedagogical cards.
• Arrange workshop and provide training to new teacher.
• Software development of student database and computerized marking system of exams
• Booking of online exam and manage database for deferent courses
• Developing and maintaining training strategies.
• Providing a stimulating learning environment.
• Arrange and attending Peer Observation.
• Delivery lecture to high school and bachelor classes affiliated to the Mid Kent-London and Greenwich University UK.
• Conduct the Microsoft Certification (MCSE, MCSA, MCP) ICDL and short courses like Microsoft office, VB, HTML, SQL, Oracle/Developer etc
• Serve as the liaison between the faculty members and students in the course.
