Leading all aspects of operations and development of Quiznos Sub | Chicking franchises, people, sales, and profits for Pakistan Region. To achieve the domestic & international growth goals of franchised concepts. Specifically, manage and spearhead the recruitment process of Quiznos Sub | Chicking franchises. Performing sales functions related to future affiliated concepts within the brands portfolio. Additionally, providing weekly financial analysis to evaluate financial position and to clearly communicate expectations and actions to maximize franchises financial performance
• Leading franchise sales recruiting strategies according to the recruitment plan and presenting new strategies for consideration and review.
• Overseeing creation of franchise recruiting messaging, creative, and collateral presentations.
• Effectively communicating detailed information on Quiznos Sub | Chicking franchise concepts and offerings.
• Promoting franchise opportunities using a variety of mediums and tactics, including phone calls, emails, webinars, seminars, social media, Skype, internet lead portals, tradeshows, conferences, referral campaigns .
• Seamlessly guiding the approved leads through the ownership process, focusing on finance, legal, and operations.
