Duties & responsibilities as a Member of CORE TEAM directly reporting to PM
PMC staff in controlling overall Project Quality, Safety, Progress and Cost Objectives, as well as to ensure all Project Documentation are properly controlled as per ADNOC requirements.
• Review the contract documents (drawings, specification and advises the Construction Manager of any deficiency.
• Review Contractor’s Submittals and ensure its compliance with detailed design, contract requirements and properly coordinated with other disciplines.
• Review and approval of Materials ensuring compliance and submitted as per approved project Construction Schedule.
• Ensure prompt and Documented exchange of correspondence.
• Attend Technical Meetings, workshop and progress meetings if required by the Project Manager.
• Regular visits to project site to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings.
• Review and approval of Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) prior to start the relevant activities, submitted by the Contractor and ensure its compliance with all contracts requirements.
• Regular spot checks of Material delivered to site to ensure it is as per approved materials and in good condition.
• Closely monitor inspector/architects & engineers performance and advises the Project Manager.
• Participate with ‘PMC’ disciplines as submitted in reviewing the close Out report as submitted by Contractor.
• Review As-Built Drawings submitted by Contractor
• Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR). All NCRs shall be coordinated with the PMT Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Ruwais Housing Complex Infrastructure projects (Contractor: Mushrif).
• 50 Beds Hospital. (Contractor: CODE Contracting).
• New School Complex “Female, Male, Primary and Kindergarten school buildings, Sports Hall and Auditorium Bldg. (Contractor: CODE Contracting).
• New Administration Building for BOROUGE. (Contractor: Alpine ).
• Married & Bachelor Staff Accommodations Buildings 66 different Types of Buildings (Studio, One, Two and Three Bed Room Apartments).
Contractors: Mushrif, Ascon, Al-Jabir, Al Geemi and Pivot.
• Sewerage treatment plant for Ruwais Housing Complex.
• 33kv and 11kv sub stations. (Contractor: CODE Contracting).
Duties & responsibilities:
• Client meeting for Design Brief.
• Conceptual Design / sketches and presentations
• Specifications with the help of FF&E Designer “finishes, furniture, lighting etc.
• Preparation of Presentation boards / proposals and than approvals.
• Preparation of detail working drawings with the help of CAD team.
Providing all detailed dwgs using CAD.
• Helping QS for quantities and selection of Contractors.
• Design Coordination and Supervision / weekly site meetings and site visits.
• Handing over the project.
