My main role is to act as the liaising officer between business users and development teams by serving as business problem solvers. I provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful application development of projects.
I sort through the chaos and ambiguity of what is told to me by customer and go on to extract a concise description of the business. I am also capable of analyzing the business to identify problems and/or opportunities and to define solution characteristics.
I pose outstanding conceptual, analytical, communication, and presentation skills with highly developed organization and management skills.
My main role while working with the organization was to look after the placement of students in the companies and to provide them Industrial training & to keep good relation of the organization with others.
I was working there as a liaising officer as I have to look after all the things like relation with different universities, Industry People, students & International Affairs.
I was looking after the whole IT marketing for the organization. Company basically works with software development and website designing, development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) & SMO (Social Media Optimization). My main role was to build new clients and keep healthy relations with the existing clients.
IT technical support officers - My main work was to monitor and maintain the computer systems that were using our software. we have to diagnose faults and solve technical issues and applications problems, either over the phone or by taking remote access.
