Which included work planing, execution, follow up with contractors and consultancy.Erection and commissioning of the highly automated process equipments in continuous running plant, Design and implementation of the process control systems, erection and commissioning of the utility control, monitoring and measurement systems using field instruments(pressure, temperature, level, flow, ph, weight) and PLC(Ab, Siemens, Sew), Design and implementation of the high traffic conveyor system. Preparing for the internal and external auditing(BSI, ISO, OHAS) Calibration of the field instruments(pressure transmitters in loop control, RTD and thermocouple, load cell, flow meter/flow transmitters) Preparing for the preventive maintenance and execution. Procurement of the spare components through SAP transactions.
