Supported ACMs (Account Managers) to manage their accounts, both externally (with clients) and internally (other affiliates) by managing projects administration, account management activities (such as customer data and products life cycle) and routine inquiries from clients.

Keep pricing quotes control file. Provide CC (Creation Cost) price to ACMs for portfolio quotations.
Supports the ACM in quoting clients on potential opportunities.
Cross-functional support between Business Controller, Finance on rebates and agency commissions from calculation, validation until reimbursement to agents and clients.
Controlling, tracking, and maintaining of all commercial documents such as rebate contracts and agreements and subsequently enter the data in SAP for accruals.
Updating forecast in the system upon alignment and coordination with the ACM
Collaborated with Customer Care and supply chain to ensure client satisfaction and deliveries on time, troubleshooting of commercial issues related to prices, delayed deliveries, missing documents, commercial disputes, product quality issues, client account and credit facilities.
