Maintain whole office filling according to the project.
Checks shipping orders ensures they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped by Comparing shipping documents with computer generated report. Accurately file paperwork such as invoice, open orders, im transited documents archived documents and delivery orders
Track all utility bills and ensure timely payment.Accurately files paper work such as invoices, open orders, in-transit document archived documents and delivered orders.
