• Conducting Software Testing for the new Samsung devices in the Middle East and Africa Region, reporting and following up on all the issues found on the devices with the R&D.
• Updating test cases and creating new test scenarios to keep the high quality of testing by covering all new up to date features.
• Responsible for the automation testing tools development for different test cases using Python language.
• Responsible for Testing the new applications for both Galaxy Store & Play Store while ensuring the testing requirements are met and the results are shared with the Project Owners.
• Responsible for submitting market issues related to Samsung devices that are reported from the Customer Service to the R&D in the Head Quarters.
• Working Closely with R&D to improve the quality of the Arabic Language by reviewing the Text DB and User Manuals.
• Direct contact point between the SIM Card Manufacturers and our team members to communicate the new project requirements between each of them and documenting the NDA meetings.
• Awarded The Employee of the month in February 2016 all over Samsung Gulf Electronics.

-Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
-Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT.
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on
priority.
-Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
-Document internal procedures.
-Assist with on boarding of new users.
-Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any
additional specialized equipment.
-Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
-Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
-Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
-Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and
software.
