Project Specifics:
 Total construction budget approx. QR 194 million
 8.0 km of DIP rising mains and its associated valve chambers including 400 m of micro tunneling and all
other ancillary works such as traffic diversion, temporary and permanent reinstatement and protection of
existing services.
 Upgrading of 7 No. Pumping Stations including the construction of temporary bypass system including
new wet well and valve chambers.

Responsibilities:
 Contract Administration
 Ensure contractor compliance with respect to targeted cost and time
 Liaise with all parties for site safety
 Review all contractor submittals including shop and as built drawings and record sheets
 Review and certify all contractor invoices
 Review, document and evaluate all contractor claims
 Provide quantity surveying tasks
 Provide site inspection and construction supervision of all aspects of the work
 Lead the consultant site and office team
 Review and update the contractor time program
 Issue contract clarifications, site instructions and variation orders
 Issue Monthly Reports
 Convene and chair monthly and weekly meetings
 Provide technical leadership to the team
 Coordinate and monitor activities of the team and report on performance
 Ensure accuracy and completeness of records according to ISO 9001
 Maintain awareness of contract financial status
 Give final approval to work and arrange hand over
