My responsibility was to develop and implement all the HR functions in the company while reporting directly to the company General Manager, and acting as an HR Manager. MPI is an international, nutraceutical company that serves multiple Arabian markets. MPI was founded in 2006. The company has a factory and three branch offices in Egypt at Alexandria, Cairo and Mansoura (Delta).
My responsibility was to participate in the strategic planning of the company and implementing the Human Resources functions including recruitment and development of staff. BOSLA was a start-up company specialized in medical publishing and communications services, started by publishing “BHJ” the 1st multidisciplinary health journal for healthcare professionals in Egypt.
My responsibility was to support the recruitment activities serving the internal recruitment needs of Andalusia hospitals and companies in Egypt, in addition to external recruitment requests of clients located in KSA. Andalusia Careers is a recruitment agency and a part of Andalusia group for medical services.
Internship at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals supporting the Medical Representatives team by promoting and spreading awareness on company's products to the pharmacies.
Despite travelling every week for more than a year from Alexandria to Cairo, I've managed to successfully end this Diploma with Grade (A-).
